Chief S.O. Sonny Oyekunle, the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is also a Director in many other reputable companies including Sonotina Industries Limited where he presides as the Executive Chairman. He had a distinguished working career with U.A.C. of Nigeria Plc and Nigerite Limited where he served at various times as Company Secretary and Executive Director before his voluntary retirement in 1988.
He is a graduate of Hendon College of Technology U.K (1964) and a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (London), British Institute of Management and British Institute of Personnel Management.

Mr Ekundayo started his insurance career with WAPIC Insurance Company before he joined Globe Reinsurance in 1989.
The hard working and resourceful Mr. Ekundayo has consistently identified with the growth of the Company.
He is instrumental to the strong presence of the company in the West Coast francophone countries being a bilingual executive.
His experience as Insurance practitioner covers various aspects of the profession including brokerage, marketing, underwriting, reinsurance and risk management.
He studied Insurance at Lagos State Polytechnic and holds Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos State University. Mr. A. B. Ajomale the founding and immediate past Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the company, bequeathed a legacy of best practices in corporate governance at his exit in September 2004. Prior to incorporation of Globe Reinsurance in 1987, he had acquired broad experience in Insurance practice having worked with Royal Exchange Assurance, Pearl Assurance Company London and Great Nigeria Insurance Plc where he rose to the position of Deputy Managing Director before his voluntary retirement in 1987. He studied Insurance at Catford College of Commerce and later at Holborn College of Commerce London and qualified as an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute London in 1968. He is actively involved in the activities of many local and international professional insurance bodies including Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria of which he is a fellow and past President.

Mr. Kola Adedeji trained as Auditor, Tax and Management Consultant at the Lagos office of Z.O. Ososanya & Co., a first generation indigenous firm of Chartered Accountants with international affiliations. He was a Team Leader as at the time he left to join Niger Insurance Plc as Manager (Accounts) in 1992. He was appointed Executive Director (Finance and Administration) of the company in 1999, the position he still holds. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), he is an alumnus of the Polytechnic Ibadan (1987) and Enugu State University of Technology where he obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration (1998). He has wide and varied executive educational experience including an Advanced Management Programme at the Lagos Business School

Barrister Jimoh Ibrahim is an accomplished and high net worth investor with strong presence in the Insurance Industry, Energy Sector (Oil and Gas) and Property. He holds controlling shares in a number of blue chip companies through the Global Fleet Group where he presides as Executive Chairman. A 1990 Law graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, he was called to the bar in 1991 and he has made remarkable contribution to the development of the legal profession in the country especially in the areas of Property, Investment and Taxation. He has also served government at various levels as consultant in the areas of manpower training and tax administration. He obtained a Masters Degree in Public Administration from his alma mater in 1994 where he emerged the best student in several courses. He was at the Law School of Harvard University, United States for an International Tax Programme in 2000. .

Mr Odukale is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Leadway Assurance Limited, a front line private composite insurance organization incorporated in Nigeria since 1971.
He started his Insurance career in 1980 with Standard Chartered Insurance Brokers (now Scib Nig. & Co.). A key boardroom player and member of many local and international bodies/trade associations, Mr. Hassan-Odukale is on the Board of a number of publicly quoted and private companies such as Prestige Assurance Plc, First Bank of Nigeria Plc and Vee Networks Ltd. (trading as V-Mobile) among many others. He has been an active council member of the Nigeria Insurers Association since 1994 and he is the incumbent Chairman of the Association. In recognition of his contribution to the economy of the nation and great accomplishment as an entrepreneur, he was honoured in 2002 with the prestigious award of Member of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (MFR). In 1996, the Federal Government appointed him as a member of the committee for the review of Insurance Laws in Nigeria. An alumni of the Lagos Business School, he holds a Bachelor Degree and Masters Degree from University of Houston, Texas, USA.

Mr. S.D.A. Sobanjo is the Managing Director of AIICO Insurance Plc. He is an accomplished insurance practitioner with hand on experience in virtually all aspects of insurance business having worked in several insurance organizations including brokerage firms of international repute such as Scib Nigeria Limited and Highgate Insurance Brokers Ltd. He was also with Glanvill Enthoven Life and Pension Consultant from 1984 to 1993 where he rose to the position of General Manager. Mr. Sobanjo was the Deputy General Manager at AIICO (Life Operations) from 2000 to 2005. He also had a stint at African Alliance Insurance as Managing Director in 2005.Mr Sobanjo obtained a first degree in Actuarial Science and a Masters Degree in Management from University of Lagos obtained in 1981 and 1995 respectively. He also obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology in 1991. A Fellow of both the Chartered Insurance Institute London and Nigeria. Mr. Sobanjo excelled both in academic and professional examinations.

Senator Aliyu is a businessman and politician of high repute. He is currently serving as a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He is a board member of a long list of private and public companies. He had a distinguished career in the Nigerian Police Force where he rose to the position of Deputy Inspector General of Police before his retirement. He had attended many management and professional courses locally and internationally. He was involved in many peace keeping operations out side the country during his service in the Nigerian Police.

Mr. S. Yugandhar Rao is an accomplished Insurance practitioner of international repute. He works with New India Assurance Company Limited, the company he joined over 25 years ago. He has held several international positions since then. His performance at each duty post has been highly commendable and he has won several prestigious awards. He was transferred recently as the Managing Director/CEO of the Nigerian subsidiary – Prestige Assurance Company Plc. An Associate of the Insurance Institute of India, He holds B.A. Literature from Nagarjuna University(1977) and Master of Arts in Political Science from Osmania University Hyderabad.(1979)
